Born in Boston, MA and raised in a single-parent household, Jeison German earned his BA in Business Administration from Northeastern University through sheer will and relentless work ethic.

His career began at Citizens Bank, progressed through Fleet Bank and Bank of America — where he rose to Branch Manager — learning finance, operations, and resilience from the ground up.

In 2014, he founded Jeison German Group. He built a 200-client merchant services portfolio entirely solo within two years, sold it for over $500K, retained management rights, rebuilt from scratch, and never looked back.

Today he leads a firm managing millions in active deals across business lending, commercial real estate, merchant services, and cost consulting — while being a proud husband and father of four.

The Spectrum
Jeison German Jr.

My son Jeison Jr. navigates the world with Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder. He is the reason I wake up every morning with purpose beyond business. He sees the world differently — and that difference is his greatest gift. My job is to make sure the world is ready to receive him. Every initiative I build around autism awareness exists because of him, for him, and for every family who walks this road.

Jeison's focus is the hospitality industry — partnering with restaurants, hotels, travel brands, and businesses to build autism-friendly safe zones where families can participate in everyday life without fear, judgment, or barriers. A formal nonprofit is in development to carry this mission forward at scale.
